The NXTGen Traineeships provides you with dynamic training in both soft and hard skills, along with mentoring and coaching to support your development. What will you do ?

• Support the delivery of change and transformation projects within the Payments domain.

• Learn to work with clients to understand their business needs and help translate these into clear project tasks and deliverables.

• Assist in building and updating project plans, timelines and documentation.

• Help ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are considered as part of project work.

• Prepare training materials, documentation or presentations to support client adoption.

• Help track project progress, timelines and budgets, and contribute to clear status updates.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues and clients while learning, developing your skills and enjoying the journey along the way.

Your skills & qualifications:

• A higher education degree in a relevant field such as finance, business, economics or engineering

• Fluency in English (Dutch or French is a plus).

• A genuine interest in the financial services industry and the payments domain (trends, initiatives, innovations), with a desire to learn and grow in this field

• 6-18 months experience in the financial services industry, possibly on payments-related initiatives

• Ability to analyse complex situations and reports and derive potential solutions

• Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to the success of the team
