At Projective Group, we are seeking an experienced Transformation Senior Program Manager to drive large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives in the Financial Services sector. What will you do?

  1. Program Leadership:

    • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programs, ensuring client satisfaction, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

    • Collaborate closely with C-level executives and senior stakeholders, providing strategic insights and fostering trust-based relationships.

  2. Innovate and Create Value:

    • Develop forward-thinking solutions for your program by analysing industry trends, regulatory developments, and client priorities.

    • Lead the creation of operating models and change strategies to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and deliver sustainable value.

  3. Team Leadership and Mentorship:

    • Inspire and mentor program teams, promoting collaboration and professional growth among high-performing individuals for your program.

    • Develop a tailor made program management office framework, provide coaching to consultants and ensure your program teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools to deliver successful outcomes.

Job requirements

Your skills and qualifications

  • Experience and Expertise:

    • At least 15 years in leadership roles within Financial Services, specializing in large transformation programs across industries such as Banking, Insurance, or Capital Markets.

    • Demonstrated success managing large-scale programs from strategy to execution.

  • Leadership and Strategic Acumen:

    • Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.

    • A proven track record of designing and implementing strategic solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Project Delivery and Execution Skills:

    • Strong expertise in managing budgets, timelines, and risks within complex program environments.

    • Excellent knowledge and application of various program management methodologies and frameworks in highly regulated environments.

    • Experience in business operating models, process redesign, and performance improvement.

  • Education and Languages:

    • A university degree in a relevant field.

    • Fluency in English

    • And fluency in Dutch or French

 

This position is not available fully remote, and we not able to sponsor relocation to Belgium.

Employee or independent status possible.
