What will you do?

As our New Business Development Professional, you will be instrumental in discovering and nurturing new client relationships, creating substantial business opportunities, and significantly driving our growth and expansion in the market.

Collaborating closely with Marketing, Recruitment, and Talent Development teams, you'll be an integral part of a process vital to our talents' and clients' success.


Your responsibilities

  • Lead the charge in identifying, researching, and developing new client relationships in Belgium.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships through exceptional relationship management.
  • Utilise customer and competitor data to inform and shape strategic business plans.
  • Craft and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Foster collaboration with our Recruiting and Sales teams to showcase our talent portfolio and articulate our unique value proposition.

Job requirements

Your profile

  • A seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • A holder of a bachelor's degree, preferably in a commercial subject.
  • A demonstrated track record in B2B sales, with the skills for client relationship management and networking.
  • An individual with an established client network.
  • Exceptional at problem-solving, prioritisation, initiative-taking, and working within deadlines.
  • An EU work authorisation (we are unable to provide work visa sponsorship).
  • Near-native fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English.

Please note: Relocation support to Belgium is not available, and this role cannot accommodate fully remote work.
