As we continue to grow across London and Europe, we're looking to hire Financial Services Consultants with prior consulting experience to join our Transformation practice.

• Act as the bridge by building strong relationships and negotiating directly with client stakeholders.

Is this you?

• You’ve already built a solid foundation in consultancy and are now looking for greater ownership, diverse challenges, and a workplace that truly values your contribution.

• Experience within a consultancy firm, ideally with exposure to financial services projects.

• Knowledge of Banking, Capital Markets or Insurance.

Practical experience across transformation work, such as:

• Target operating model design

• Operational excellence

• Process analysis or re-engineering

• Business adoption

• Agile or DevOps-led delivery

• Established business analysis, project management, change, or delivery support capabilities.

• Degree educated or equivalent.

• A project management certificate, such as Agile, Scrum, or Prince2, would be beneficial (we can support you with our extensive training budget).

• You are naturally curious to ask the right questions, delve into complex problems and drive meaningful change.

• A sense of humour always helps; our teams are sociable and enjoy getting together for regular social events.
