As a Graduate Data Consultant, you will engage in varied roles with both formal and on-the-job training. You'll gain the skills needed to become an advisory or analytical consultant, working on data-driven projects in the exciting world of financial services consultancy.

Get ready for an exciting induction experience like no other!

This is a London-based traineeship programme. You will undergo a ten-week course-based and on-the-job training, quickly building your skills in technology-driven project management.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate with A-level grades and a 2:1 degree, motivated to pursue a career in financial services and assist organisations in achieving their strategic goals.

Programming skills are not required (though they are beneficial); this role focuses more on developing your client-facing and consultancy skills within our Data team.

What will you be doing? (we don't expect you to be an expert yet!)

As a Graduate Data Consultant, your typical engagements will include:

• Discovering how Data solutions can support our Financial Services clients.
• Understanding the primary tools we partner with and advising clients on their implementation, integration, and adoption.
• Learning about financial services while developing your consultancy skills in presenting, project management, business analysis, communication, and more.
• Enjoying lots of fun and learning along the way.

What are we looking for?

• 2:1 degree in a relevant field such as Maths, Physics, Data, or Computer Science.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
• Some experience in, or personal interest in, basic coding/technology (desirable).
• An interest in pursuing a career in data consultancy.
• An ability to discuss and visualise concepts in abstract form.
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Desire to take on new concepts and adapt to requirements.
• Solid oral and written communication skills.
• A collaborative approach.
• An interest in making a real difference in a growing organisation.
