Senior Business Analyst

What will you be doing ?

Imagine yourself in a role where you work with your clients to shape and drive their business & technology changes. Examples include redesigning target operating models, execution of post-merger integration, digitalisation, ERP replacements or other.

Your goal? Realise real change by being a consultant, coach and colleague for clients. You’ll teach them how to work- and use their resources efficiently and by the end of your journey your client is able to work fully independently.

You will be responsible for the following project work, as a key contact for the business:

• Analysis and understanding of current process and way of working in legacy systems.
  • Ensure business requirements meet business and project strategy.
  • Collecting information from business in order to facilitate creation of requirements, this will also entail challenging business need of specific requests based on identifying business advantages and cost-benefit analysis in order to meet the core of the business need.
  • Analysis, discussion with business and other BAs & Stream Leads, creation, documentation of Change Requests (CRs).
• Understanding of target process, systems and data: To-be solution.
• Collaborating with project team on specific cross stream topics.
• Ensuring validation of proposed requirements/solutions with necessary stakeholders.
  • Working with business in Test Case creation and elaborating on scenarios.
  • Executing Functional Integration Testing (FIT).
  • Facilitating business testing during UAT.
• Assisting in training business in new solution.
• Preparation of Go-Live activities for business and project team.

What experience and skills are we looking for ?

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Industry experience in the financial or insurance sector
• 2+ years of experience working in a project setting
• You have a pragmatic, hands-on, can-do mentality and dynamic spirit.
• (near) native fluent in French or Dutch
• fluent in English
