We are currently hiring a Medior Project Manager to help deliver and manage projects around topics of digital transformation. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of the project, including completion of activities and delivery of outputs, throughout each stage of the project. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Transformation team & support us in ensuring change is optimally delivered and governed in line with agreed methodologies and best practices from initiation right through to project closure.

What will you do?

You will play a key role on the project where you will be pivotal in steering our clients toward achieving their strategic aspirations. You'll offer impactful advice and hands-on support, blending conceptual thought with tangible aid to drive projects to success.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Spearhead the management of comprehensive change programs.
• Grasp and align with the strategic direction and objectives of our clients.
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration to establish and meet realistic operational goals and timelines.
• Document processes thoroughly, oversee project progress, and generate detailed status reports.
• Analyse, document, and interpret business needs into viable technological solutions and technical architectures.
• Champion the integration of cutting-edge technologies while ensuring conformity with industry standards.
• Advocate for operational consistency, gauge progress against objectives, and actively participate in client engagements and strategic planning sessions.
• Devise and refine procedures and controls, catering to user requirements and functional specifications to enhance efficiency.
• Craft high-calibre presentations and reports to succinctly convey project outcomes.

Your skills and qualifications

• +5 years' experience in digital/business transformation consultancy
• A track record of leading transformation projects within strict deadlines
• Deep-rooted expertise in the financial services sector
• Stellar client engagement skills with an aptitude for nurturing client relationships
• An entrepreneurial spirit complemented by superior relationship-building capabilities
• A team player who thrives in collaborative settings
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a dynamic attitude
• Excellent organizational, time-management, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving talents
• Fluent in English
• (near) native in Dutch or French
