AI Solution Architect

From day one, you’ll have the opportunity to work on internal AI projects (I.e. employee servicing chatbot, proposal assistant, staffing assistant, …) within our AI Lab, applying and further extending your hands-on experience with setting up GenAI solutions. You’ll also contribute to projects for top tier financial institutions, including initiatives like AI-powered KYC solutions, multi-agent OKR performance management, and AI-based transformation office toolkits.

What will you do?

• Collaborate with our Projective Group domain experts and financial institutions to identify high-impact GenAI use cases. 

• Design end-to-end GenAI solutions aligned with business requirements and ambitioned business impact, ensuring solutions are scalable and secure.

• Contribute to technical blueprints and make strategic technology conclusions: define architecture and high-level structure of AI solutions (e.g., RAG pipeline, vector store, orchestration layer), select frameworks, platforms, tools and foundation models, …

• Contribute to GenAI standards: develop architectural guidelines, ensure modular architectures and build reusable components, establish guidelines for guardrails, prompt-injection defense, explainability tools, traceability, and audit mechanisms, set standards for inference cost management.

• Guide engineering teams through building and deploying GenAI projects, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure GenAI solutions meet business requirements.

• Contribute to the Project Group AI architecture design: infrastructure set up, tools selection and internal GenAI solution delivery. Advocate adoption across the organization to ensure consistent day-to-day usage.

Your skills & qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence or a related quantitative field

• Fluent in English

• At least 5 years of professional experience in software architecture, including AI architecture design, or proven ability to design and deliver AI solutions in a professional or enterprise environment

• Expertise with state-of-art LLM and embedding models, RAG frameworks, vector databases and similarity and hybrid search solutions and understanding of their capabilities and limitations

• Experience with Python or other AI related programming languages like TypeScript or R

• Knowledge of API integration and orchestration frameworks

• Ability to optimize cost and performance for AI solutions

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
