• Ideally, you already have about 5 years of experience in the recruitment game, and you’re ready to take your skills to the next level.
• You’re fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
• Since your tasks vary, you’re as flexible and adapt easily to changes.
• You have a commercial mindset, driven by the thrill of matching candidates.
• You don’t mind a healthy dose of interview conversations every week because you love interacting with people and making talent shine.
• A passion for young profiles and an affinity with tech and IT is a big plus.
