From day one, you’ll have the opportunity to work on internal projects (I.e. employee servicing chatbot, proposal assistant, staffing assistant, …) within our AI Lab, gaining hands-on experience with setting up GenAI solutions. You’ll also contribute to projects for leading financial institutions, including initiatives like AI-powered KYC solutions, multi-agent OKR performance management , and AI-driven transformation office toolkits.

What will you do?

Your key responsibilities:

  • Setup GenAI Systems: Design and implement Generative AI solutions, testing and optimizing their performance, minimizing hallucinations, ensuring consistent output quality, and embedding robust guardrails and safety measures.

  • Integrate and use LLMs: Implement Large Language Models, build RAG architectures including vector databases, embeddings, chunking and retrieval logic.

  • Craft and Optimize Prompts: Design and refine prompt strategies, including prompt chaining and system prompts, to guide AI models toward accurate and relevant outputs.

  • Setup Agents: Design and configure AI agents, including multi-agent solutions, balancing automation and human supervision.

  • Connect Systems and Services: Integrate back-end services, APIs, and business logic to ensure seamless functionality and scalability.

  • Manage Projective Group Prompt Library: Manage the Projective Group Prompt Library by creating and maintaining a comprehensive collection of prompts and advocate its adoption to ensure consistent day-to-day usage across the organization.

Job requirements

Your skills & qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics,  Artificial Intelligence or a related quantitative field

  • Fluent in English

  • Experience with Python and TypeScript for LLM integration and building GenAI workflows

  • Hands-on expertise with market leading LLM and embedding models, RAG frameworks (I.e. LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex), vector databases and similarity and hybrid search solutions (I.e. Pinecone, Elasticsearch, Azure AI Search, Chroma, Weaviate).

  • Skilled in prompt engineering techniques, orchestration, templating and versioning and evaluation to ensure high-quality outputs

  • Proven ability to deploy and automate GenAI workflows, with attention to AI safety measures such as guardrails, safety filters, and prompt-injection mitigation; and inference cost management.
