About the Role
We are looking for a number of KYC Analysts to join our team, working with one of our prestigious financial services clients.

Due to the nature of the role, professional proficiency in German is essential. You must be able to read and interpret German-language documents accurately, as well as communicate effectively in both written and spoken German and English.

As a KYC Analyst, you will be crucial in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will work directly with stakeholders in a dynamic consultancy setting.

To support your professional development and growth, you will receive full KYC training, including certification, through our Academy. This training will allow you to kick-start your career in the exciting world of financial services as a consultant.

These roles are ideal for a recent graduate with A-level grades and a 2:1 degree, motivated to pursue a career in consulting and assist organisations in achieving their strategic goals.

What will you be doing? (We don't expect you to be an expert yet!)

• Conduct detailed due diligence and risk assessments for individuals and entities.
• Ensure strict compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and other regulatory frameworks.
• Maintain and update client records with precision, adhering to legal and compliance standards.
• Identify, investigate, and escalate potential red flags or areas of risk.
• Analyse and assess processes, risks, and controls to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver clear, actionable insights by documenting and presenting findings to stakeholders, from operational teams to senior management.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships, contributing value to every project.

What we're looking For

• No prior experience is required; however, an interest in financial services, consulting, or legal frameworks, with any relevant educational or practical exposure, is a plus.
• 2:1 degree.
• You should bring intellectual curiosity, a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• As part of the KYC team, you’ll be responsible for reviewing client documentation, including materials in German. Therefore, fluency in written and spoken German is a key requirement for this role.
• A keen interest in learning and growing professionally in financial services and consulting.
