As a Reliability Programme Manager, your day revolves around making critical decisions and driving initiatives that ensure the continuous improvement and reliability of IT services across the organization. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Prioritizing Key Projects: Identify and focus on the most important improvement projects and requirements. Track progress on the reliability roadmap, ensuring it aligns with overall objectives.
  • Contributing to Global SRE Strategy: Play an active role in shaping and executing the global Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) strategy. Adapt these best practices within local IT services and teams.
  • Ensuring Service Availability: Monitor and report on service availability through effective metrics and data-driven insights.
  • Shaping the Reliability Mindset: Cultivate a clear vision for reliability within the organization and advocate for the adoption of SRE practices at every level.
  • Collaborating Across Leadership: Work closely with management at all levels—from engineers to C-suite executives—steering efforts towards a culture of reliability.

  • Clear Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with engineers, team leaders, and all levels of management in clear and fluent English.
