Job description
As a Reliability Programme Manager, your day revolves around making critical decisions and driving initiatives that ensure the continuous improvement and reliability of IT services across the organization. Your key responsibilities include:
- Prioritizing Key Projects: Identify and focus on the most important improvement projects and requirements. Track progress on the reliability roadmap, ensuring it aligns with overall objectives.
- Contributing to Global SRE Strategy: Play an active role in shaping and executing the global Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) strategy. Adapt these best practices within local IT services and teams.
- Ensuring Service Availability: Monitor and report on service availability through effective metrics and data-driven insights.
- Shaping the Reliability Mindset: Cultivate a clear vision for reliability within the organization and advocate for the adoption of SRE practices at every level.
- Collaborating Across Leadership: Work closely with management at all levels—from engineers to C-suite executives—steering efforts towards a culture of reliability.
