We are Projective, a specialist independent consultancy focused on implementing change & transformation in the financial sector. We work with our clients to build and adopt new business models that have a positive, lasting impact for the company and on society at large.
Imagine yourself in a role where you can guide clients to understand and lift their roadblocks for qualitative project delivery. You want to teach them the skills they need to be able to adapt quicker and implement change more effectively. In this role you will work together to define the business transformation need, assess current state and define a transformation approach. You’ll also test this approach using pilot implementations, and subsequently scale solutions based on results.

- Leading in transitioning and delivering a programme / project from traditional waterfall approaches e.g. PRINCE2 to agile methods;
- Consulting and coaching your client’s teams in their new way of working, specifically in transforming into agile delivery organizations;
- SME coaching to roles like Scrum Masters, Product Owners or Product Managers as well as the Leadership team;
- Performing maturity assessments and derive coaching plans from it;
- Developing an understanding of client’s strategic direction, issues and objectives to drive the appropriate roadmap for our clients;
- Driving consistency in operations, measuring progress against goals, preparing or facilitating client meetings and workshops, creating business updates/reviews, conducting quarterly and annual planning;
- Assisting in documenting, evaluating and translating business needs into technology options;
- Creating high quality presentations / reports to effectively communicate project findings;
- Supporting continuous improvement on processes, leadership and behaviour.
Job requirements
Experience and skills needed for this role:
- Good knowledge of Agile, DevOps, Lean,.. methodologies preferably backed by certification and hands-on delivery experience in these domains;
- Pragmatism is an important one. You want to think from your client need’s perspective, and be able to adopt existing frameworks based on this;
- For exactly the above reason, experience (or at least, a strong interest in) the financial services industry is helpful;
- Knowledge of the organisational IT landscape, ideally paired with experience in IT delivery projects;
- Good consultancy skills – meaning enthusiasm, persuasiveness, coaching, listening, clear and to-the-point communication;
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in French or Dutch
Please note that relocation support to Belgium is not available, this role cannot accommodate fully remote work and we cannot support working visa procedures.
