Due to continued client demand, we’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a high-impact transformation programme with one of our leading French banking clients. This role sits at the heart of an operational change initiative within the cards issuing and acquiring space, offering a unique opportunity to shape processes, define strategy, and influence the future operating model within a premium financial institution.

Bring Your Expertise to Life at Projective Group; imagine a day where you:

• Translate strategic proposals from a core processing partner into a clearly defined and documented card operations model.

• Identify IT impacts and collaborate with technical teams to define system evolutions (note: this is a process/organisational/operations-focused role.

• Drive process design and operational change in a business-facing role — this is not an IT or systems implementation position and is not suitable for candidates with purely technical backgrounds.

• Lead workshops with SMEs and align internal stakeholders across departments.

• Contribute to operational design, including organisational structure, skills matrix, and process mapping.

• Deliver high-quality documentation and reporting to governance bodies.

• Work closely with both business and operational teams to support a major transformation programme.

Is this you?

• Fluent in French (spoken and written) – essential for stakeholder engagement and documentation.

• Strong knowledge of Card Issuing and/or Card Acquiring Operations.

• Proven experience in process mapping, operations design, and business analysis.

• Skilled in leading workshops and engaging with senior stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented with a structured, rigorous approach to documentation and deliverables.

• Experienced in project coordination and reporting in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

• Previous consulting experience required; background in banking, finance, or payments is highly desirable.

• Available from June, and happy to work 2 days per week onsite in Paris, with 3 days remote.

• Please note: this is a business-facing role focused on operational processes and stakeholder engagement. Best suited to professionals with business-facing consulting experience rather than technical implementation backgrounds.
