As part of our approach, we don’t do standard recruitment. Instead, we act as true talent scouts, seeking out high potentials who can excel in challenging and innovative positions such as Functional- /Data analyst, Project Manager, Data Engineer, AI Engineer, Software Engineer, ...     

Above all, you’re a team player who’s motivated by achieving shared goals and matching talent to the right roles. You’ll collaborate closely in a people-minded, winning team environment, working side by side with sales, marketing and other colleagues, where we focus on both individual development and collective success.

What will you do?

• Proactively identify, approach, and attract top (tech) talent through LinkedIn and targeted sourcing strategies, as well as by attending job fairs, networking events, leveraging referrals, ...

• Build, maintain, and continuously grow a strong pipeline of candidates for both current and future roles

• Conduct interviews via phone, Teams, and in person, creating a positive candidate experience throughout

• Assess and qualify candidates based on interviews, CV reviews, ...

• Act as the main point of contact for candidates during the hiring process

• Collaborate closely with your sales colleagues and hiring managers at our partners to understand role requirements and hiring needs

• Manage recruitment administration and keep candidate data accurate and up to date

• Contribute to improving hiring processes, employer branding, and sourcing approaches

Your skills & qualifications

• A first experience is nice to have, but not essential. If you’re eager to learn, grow, and develop yourself, we’re happy to support you.

• You’re fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)

• You’re flexible and adaptable, comfortable with a varied role and changing priorities

• You have a commercial mindset and are energized by matching the right talent with the right opportunity

• You don’t mind a healthy dose of interview conversations every week because you love interacting with people and making talent shine

• You have a strong interest in tech and IT environments
