Transformation Project Manager Financial Services

As Transformation Project Manager , you will play a vital role in driving strategic projects. You’ll use your expertise to guide projects from inception to completion. Your insight and hands-on project management will ensure our clients achieve their business outcomes efficiently.

What will you do?

• Lead the development and management of comprehensive project plans.

• Collaborate with clients to scope, analyze, and define both business and technical requirements.

• Contribute to robust program governance and stakeholder management.

• Oversee project delivery for IT, encompassing monitoring, reporting, and adapting an agile way of working (e.g., quarterly planning, sprint cadences, scrum-of-scrums).

• Coordinate contributions from various teams in an end-to-end delivery setting.

• Handle capacity planning and resource management effectively.

• Assist with financial management, including budget oversight and business case development.

• Develop high-quality reports and presentations to communicate progress and results clearly.

Your skills & qualifications

• +3 years of experience in a project-based environment, with a strong understanding of both technical & business requirements

• a few years of experience within the financial services sector

• Familiar with methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, waterfall or Agile

• Experience in change management or digital transformation

• Leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)

• Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders

• Expertise in delivering on time, within budget, and to specification

• A “can-do” attitude—comfortable working with ambiguous requirements and turning them into tangible results

• Fluency in Dutch or French, plus English
