About the Role:

As a Technical Product Specialist, you’ll take on a business-critical role in managing relationships with key software vendors essential to enabling their platforms for ISO20022. This role demands a strong blend of consulting skills, technical acumen, and effective communication, making it ideal for someone with experience in client relationship management and internal stakeholder engagement.

After a comprehensive induction and ongoing training with Projective Group, you'll transition to a permanent position at Swift. This is an exceptional opportunity.

Job requirements

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Vendor Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for software vendors, ensuring they are fully equipped and motivated to enable their platforms for ISO20022.
  • Consulting & Communication: Use your consulting skills to guide vendors through the adoption process, making complex requirements understandable and actionable.
  • Vendor Certification: Manage the ISO 20022 vendors certification process, define business and technical requirements, and collaborate with internal teams to monitor and report on vendor progress.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive progress in the vendor enablement process.
  • Proactive Follow-up: Keep vendors on track, following up consistently and pushing them to meet adoption milestones.
  • Business Analytics: Use business analytics tools to measure success, present opportunities, and support decision-making.


What We’re Looking For:

  • University Degree: In Business, Technical Engineering, Financial Services, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in marketing, product management, or vendor management within the financial services industry.
  • Client Relationship Management: Proven expertise in managing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and long-term success.
  • Communication Pro: You excel at conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Tech-Savvy: A strong affinity for IT and an understanding of the software vendor landscape.
  • Driven & Organised: You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
  • Team Player: Ability to promote teamwork across departments, thrive under pressure, and adapt to change in a multicultural environment.
  • UK-Based: This role requires commuting to London a couple of times per week (hybrid working).
