With our dynamic expansion, we seek an ambitious Junior Sales & Marketing Executive to join our thriving London team and contribute to our growth and excellence.

What will you do?

Join our Sales & Marketing team, where your role will be instrumental in spearheading vibrant campaigns, pioneering projects, and creating significant impacts.

Your mission will be to:

• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to deliver our annual marketing plan.
• Serving as a brand ambassador, championing the Projective Group identity across the UK.
• Supporting the implementation of practice activities, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
• Working with SMEs to create thought leadership around our Practices and key campaigns.
• Supporting Group branding requirements and maintenance of brand assets.
• Gathering, reviewing, and reporting on RoI and customer data and analytics.
• Compiling research around market trends, demographics, and trending topics.
• Copywriting: crafting compelling and engaging texts for diverse media, including whitepapers, brochures, newsletters, blogs, and reference stories.
• Creating content for our website and social media platforms, focusing on SEO and keywords.
• Helping to maintain our corporate social media accounts (organic & paid).
• Assisting with the planning and logistics of client events and conferences.

Who We're Looking For?

• You should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar marketing role.
• An educational background in marketing.
• An entrepreneurial spirit who takes the initiative without waiting for assigned tasks.
• A collaborative mindset and agile approach.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment with various (international) stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• An excellent attention to detail.
• Creative thinker with a keen interest in digital marketing.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, WordPress, HubSpot).
• Willing to travel occasionally to Belgium and the Netherlands.
